Why Patients Choose Us for Medical Weight Loss
A safety-first, diet-first program with weekly 1:1 support—so you build a lifestyle you can sustain.
Safety-First, Labs-Guided Care
We start with safety and personalization. Labs and clinical check-ins guide dosing decisions, side-effect prevention, and smart adjustments—so you feel supported and monitored, not rushed.
Lifestyle First—Not a Temporary Diet
Our goal is long-term results, not quick tricks. We prioritize nutrition, protein, and lifestyle habits to help keep dosing as low as appropriate, support muscle retention, and build routines you can sustain for life.
Weekly 1:1 Coaching + Clear Next Steps
You’ll have a 10-minute weekly check-in to troubleshoot plateaus, manage side effects, and refine your plan. You’ll also receive weekly tip sheets that teach one focused topic at a time—so you always know what to work on next.
Medication can help appetite—your plan builds the lifestyle that makes results last.

Diet-First Functional Medicine Weight Loss
Medication can be a powerful tool—but lasting results come from the lifestyle underneath it.
Our program focuses on nutrition, protein, movement, sleep, and stress so you can support your metabolism, protect lean mass, and build habits that still work long after the scale moves.
We use a functional medicine lens to look beyond calories: appetite signals, protein tolerance, digestion, sleep quality, stress load, and lab markers that can influence progress. The goal is not a temporary “diet”—it’s a sustainable way of eating and living that you can keep.
Lifestyle to Support Lower Dosing
We prioritize nutrition and daily routines so medication can complement your plan—not replace it. We adjust dosing only when clinically appropriate.
Strength & Muscle Support
We emphasize protein targets and resistance training strategies to support muscle retention and strength while weight changes.
Find What’s Slowing Progress
We look beyond calories—sleep, stress load, digestion, cravings, and lab markers—to identify common reasons weight loss stalls and refine your plan.
A New Lifestyle, Not a Temporary Diet
You’ll learn repeatable systems—meals, dining out, travel weeks, and maintenance—so your results feel sustainable long-term.

GLP-1 Weight Loss FAQs
Quick answers about costs, labs, medications, and what to expect.
Your $95 intake is a one-time, ~60-minute start appointment. We review your history, goals, lifestyle, and relevant labs, then outline your nutrition and activity plan and discuss whether semaglutide or tirzepatide is appropriate.
After your intake, your monthly cost reflects the medication dose you’re using. Weekly check-ins and support are included—there are no membership fees and no per-visit charges.
“Starting at” refers to the starting dose of medication. If a higher dose becomes clinically appropriate, the medication cost increases accordingly. We confirm your exact monthly price before you start—no guessing.
Yes. Labs help support safety and appropriate dosing. You may provide recent labs from your primary care provider or complete them in-house with us. We’ll tell you exactly what we need.
For patients under 40, in-house labs are $100 and include CBC with differential, CMP, TSH + TPO, lipid panel, and A1c.
For patients over 40, hormones are required. Our in-house comprehensive panel is $175, or you may provide recent labs from your PCP.
Both are once-weekly injectable medications. The best choice depends on your goals, medical history, prior response or tolerance, and what’s clinically appropriate. We guide this decision during your intake visit.
Gastrointestinal effects such as nausea, constipation, diarrhea, or reflux are the most common. Your weekly check-ins focus on prevention strategies, tolerance support, and adjustments when clinically appropriate.
Yes. Our program is diet-first and safety-focused. We emphasize nutrition, protein intake, strength training, sleep, and stress management so progress doesn’t depend on medication alone.
It varies. Some patients use medication for a shorter period to establish consistency and habits, while others continue longer for maintenance support. We reassess regularly and align the plan with your goals.
Possibly, when clinically appropriate. We guide timing, transitions, and lifestyle strategies so changes are thoughtful and supported rather than abrupt.
Medications can be a helpful tool, but long-term success is strongly influenced by nutrition, movement, sleep, and daily habits. That’s why our program focuses on building sustainable routines alongside medication.
For more general, patient-friendly education on lifestyle factors and weight management, you can also review guidance from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK)
We are a cash-pay practice and we accept HSA/FSA cards. We do not accept insurance.
