Cash-pay medicine means nobody between you and your provider. The trade is that you pay directly, so the least we can do is tell you exactly what things cost.

Functional medicine

$300 evaluation 2 hours with Catherine, in two visits

Visit one, about 75 minutes: your health history, symptoms, goals and prior labs
The Comprehensive Panel ($250) is drawn in our office, usually before your first visit
Visit two walks you through your results, read against functional ranges, and your written plan
Follow-ups are 60 minutes, $150, about every six weeks while you work toward your goals

Hormone therapy

Pellets $375 women / $700 men

Injectable testosterone (TRT) for men: $399 to start, then $199 a month, all-inclusive
Bioidentical hormone pellets are one flat price per procedure, the same every time. Dosing is individualized, but it does not change what you pay
Baseline labs come before your first pelleting; a post-pellet lab at four weeks confirms your level, for women and men, and the visit to review it is included
If that lab shows a dose adjustment is needed, the corrective re-pellet is only a small kit fee, not the full price
Rounds typically run every three to six months. Creams and patches are set by your labs and quoted with your plan

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Care here is HSA and FSA eligible, and we provide an itemized receipt on request. Many patients cover visits, labs, and programs this way.

What is Affirm, and what qualifies?

Affirm is a financing option that splits a cost into payments, with terms shown before you agree to anything. It is available for larger care plans; ask at your consultation and we will walk through it with real numbers.

Will prices change after I start?

Prices change only when they change on this page. Program medication costs step with dose, which is stated up front, and your exact price is confirmed before you start.

Is the consultation really free?
