PEMF therapy, how it works.
Healing Advanced Solutions offers PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy sessions in Jacksonville, FL from $35, on a full-body mat in 20, 30, or 60 minute sessions.
Magnetic pulses, graded claim by claim.
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy delivers low-frequency magnetic pulses through the body while you lie on a mat, with stimulation of cellular activity as the proposed mechanism. The fair summary of the research is mixed and use-dependent, and it depends heavily on the use, so each use gets its own read.
The mat here is an ALIGN Stealth+ full-body PEMF mat.

What is PEMF therapy?
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy: a mat delivers low-frequency magnetic pulses through the body while you lie still. The proposed mechanism is stimulation of cellular activity, and the short summary of the research is mixed and use-dependent: certain uses have genuine trial support, while the sweeping whole-body claims are far less settled.
Does PEMF actually work?
It depends heavily on the use. Bone healing has the strongest history, and some pain and recovery applications show encouraging results; general wellness and energy claims are far less settled. We grade it use by use.
What is a session like?
You lie on the mat, fully clothed, for 20, 30, or 60 minutes. Most people feel little more than gentle pulsing and deep relaxation; plenty of patients simply rest. There is no downtime.
Who should not use PEMF?
Anyone with a pacemaker, implanted electronic device, or insulin pump should not use PEMF, and we screen for this before your first session. If you are pregnant, talk to us first and we will advise you either way.
What does it cost?
Sessions run $35 for 20 minutes, $45 for 30, and $75 for 60, with packages that lower the per-session price and a red light combo at $55. The full menu is posted on our wellness room page.
Also in the Wellness Room: red light therapy.
