The HAS Method.
The HAS Method is how Healing Advanced Solutions practices functional and integrative medicine in Jacksonville, FL: a repeating loop of listening, comprehensive testing, clear explanation, cause-directed treatment, and re-testing, led by Catherine Seidle, APRN.
A quick visit runs as a straight line: symptom in, prescription out. This method is a loop, and the loop is the point.
Five steps that repeat.
-
Listen
It starts with a free consultation, then a 75-minute evaluation. Your history, your symptoms, your prior labs, and what you want back. Catherine takes it all herself.
-
Test
Comprehensive lab work matched to your situation, read against functional ranges as well as standard ones. Every test we order is there to change a decision.
-
Explain
Results are reviewed with you, one-on-one. You leave knowing what was found, what it means, and what we think is driving it.
-
Treat
A plan aimed at causes: medication where indicated, prescribed and managed here, plus the nutrition, sleep, and stress work that decides whether results last.
-
Re-test
Labs are repeated on a schedule that matches your case, and the plan adjusts to what they show. Improvement gets measured, not assumed. Then the loop runs again.
The loop back from re-testing to listening is not a flourish. Bodies change, plans should too, and the only way to know is to measure.
What the method is not.
Half of a method is what it refuses to do.
-
No default supplement stack. What you take has to change something measurable.
-
No chasing a lab number you cannot feel. Symptoms lead; labs keep the plan safe and measurable.
-
No replacing your primary care provider. We work alongside your PCP, on the layer their schedule cannot reach.
-
No treating every therapy as equal. Where the evidence is thin, expectations get set from the evidence.
The method, on every page.
Every service and condition page on this site follows the same shape: what is going on, how we look at it, what care looks like, and what it costs. Start where your story starts.
See what the loop finds in you.
A free consultation, ten to fifteen minutes, phone or video. We will help you decide whether this method fits your case.
