Your first ninety days, visit by visit.
The first ninety days of care at Healing Advanced Solutions in Jacksonville, FL follow a visit-by-visit arc: a free consultation, a 75-minute evaluation with Catherine Seidle, APRN, comprehensive lab work reviewed together, and a plan that starts its first adjustments.
This is the whole arc, visit by visit, so you can decide with the whole picture in front of you.
What happens, and what you leave with.
- Visit 01
The free consultation
10 to 15 minutes, phone or video
What happens. You tell us what is going on. We tell you whether this practice is the right fit, and what the evaluation would look at in your case.
What you leave with. A clear yes-or-no on fit, and exact pricing up front. It costs nothing either way.
- Visit 02
The 75-minute evaluation
75 minutes, all with Catherine
What happens. Your full health history, your symptoms and goals, your prior labs, and new testing ordered only where it would change a decision.
What you leave with. A working theory of what we are looking for and why, plus lab orders matched to your situation.
- The lab draw
Comprehensive testing
A short blood-draw appointment
What happens. The panels from your evaluation get drawn. Recent labs from your PCP can count toward this instead of being repeated.
What you leave with. Results on their way to Catherine, who reads every one.
- Visit 03
The results review
One-on-one, with real time
What happens. Every result explained clearly, read against functional ranges as well as standard ones. This is where the working theory becomes a plan.
What you leave with. Your plan: what we found, what we are treating, what we are watching, and what you can do that no prescription covers.
- Visit 04
The week-one protocol visit
Included with your evaluation
What happens. The plan gets started properly: first adjustments, questions answered while everything is new, and clear expectations about pace.
What you leave with. A running plan and a direct line for the questions that come up between visits.
After ninety days.
From here the rhythm is yours, not a template. Labs are repeated on a schedule that matches your case, the plan adjusts to what they show, and visits space out as things stabilize. Root-cause care is a long game measured in consistent labs and steady symptoms, not a two-week fix, and you will always know where your pace stands.
The shape of all of it is the same loop described in how we work: listen, test, explain, treat, re-test.
How to get the most out of it.
Bring your last labs if you have them. Recent results can count toward your workup instead of being repeated.
Bring a list of every medication and supplement you take, with doses. It changes what we test and what we recommend.
Bring the story, not just the symptoms. When it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you have already tried all point somewhere.
Day one is a conversation.
A free consultation, ten to fifteen minutes, phone or video, with a clear answer on whether we are the right fit.
