Your medical records and health information as a patient are protected separately under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you submit our contact or consultation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the reason for your visit, and the page you submitted from. When you call or text us, we receive the information you choose to share.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate region. We use standard web analytics to understand how the site is used; analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify you.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm appointments.
- To communicate with you by phone, text, or email when you have asked us to.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information. Our advertising partner (Meta) receives standard measurement data as described below, and you can turn that off at any time through Your Privacy Choices.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will communicate with you by SMS through our secure communications platform. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text communications at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us by phone or email.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run the practice and this website, such as website hosting, our patient communications platform, and appointment systems. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics, session replay, and advertising
Essential cookies make the site work. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, and Microsoft Clarity, a session replay tool that records how visitors interact with pages, such as scrolling and clicks, so we can see what is confusing or useful. Clarity is configured to mask what you type; form entries are not captured in replays. Session replay does not begin until you continue using the site after seeing our cookie notice, and it never runs if you turn analytics off. The Meta pixel measures the ads we run. Each provider retains this data for a limited period set by that provider, and we keep only the aggregate reports.
Analytics and advertising run by default and both can be turned off at any time through the cookie preferences on Your Privacy Choices. Advertising measurement never runs on our condition pages or on the contact and confirmation pages, we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal, and the site remains fully usable with everything turned off.
Health information
Please do not include detailed medical information in website forms; a form submission is a request for contact, not a clinical record. Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Retention and security
We keep website inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our records, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.
