Editorial Policy
This site carries health information, and health information deserves a higher standard than marketing copy. This page describes how our content is written, reviewed, and corrected, and what you can expect from the words on every page.
Who reviews our content
Clinical content on this site is reviewed by Catherine Seidle, APRN, the founder and sole licensed provider of the practice, before publication. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. Pages that carry a "medically reviewed" byline have been through that review; when a page shows a review date, it reflects a real review event, never an automated timestamp.
How content is created
Content is drafted by our editorial team with the help of research and writing tools, then edited and clinically reviewed before it is published. Drafting tools never publish anything on their own, and no page goes live without human review. Facts we cannot verify do not ship; where evidence is limited or mixed, the page says so plainly.
The standards every page follows
- No cure claims. We do not use "cure", "guarantee", or reversal promises. When a therapy is promising but unproven, the page says "unproven" out loud.
- Education, not diagnosis. Site content is general education and never a substitute for care from your provider. Emergencies belong with 911, not a website.
- Clear scope. Catherine is a nurse practitioner, not a physician, and the site says so. The practice works alongside your primary care provider, not in place of one.
- Real numbers only. Prices, statistics, and clinical claims are checked before publication. We do not invent figures to make a page more persuasive.
The sources we rely on
When pages cite evidence, we favor primary and institutional sources: peer-reviewed research, clinical practice guidelines, and government health agencies such as the NIH and FDA. Outbound references are verified when a page is published and periodically re-checked, so cited links stay current instead of rotting.
Dates you can trust
"Published" and "updated" dates on articles reflect actual publication and substantive edits. We do not refresh dates to look current, and a page is only marked "updated" when its content genuinely changed.
Corrections
If you find an error on this site, tell us and we will fix it: email info@healingadvancedsolutions.com or call (904) 373-1661. Substantive corrections update the page and its "updated" date.
Advertising and independence
This site does not carry third-party advertising or sponsored content. Every page is written by and for our practice, and no outside company pays for placement or influences what our clinical pages say.
