Weight loss that fixes more than your weight.

Medical weight loss at Healing Advanced Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is a provider-supervised program led by Catherine Seidle, APRN, built around lab work and your metabolic picture.

GLP-1 medications work. They work better, and more safely, with a provider who runs your labs, adjusts your dose, teaches you how to eat, and answers when something feels off.

Who this is for

You’ve lost the same twenty pounds three times.

You’ve seen the ads promising a shot that fixes everything, and you know it’s not that simple. You want the medication and the medicine: labs, follow-up, a plan for after. Most patients who sit down with us have already done everything right at least once.

This program was built for exactly that.

From first call to maintenance, mapped.

No mystery pricing, no open-ended subscription. Here is the whole arc, including how it ends.

  1. First call · free

    The consultation

Ten to fifteen minutes by phone or video. Tell us what is going on, ask about anything you have read, and get a straight answer on whether the program fits.

  2. Visit one · $180

    The 60-minute intake

A full hour with Catherine Seidle, APRN. Your history and your baseline labs, reviewed together, and the medication decision made with you, not for you.

  3. Starting

    Your first dose

Dosing starts low on purpose. Your first injection happens in office, with clear guidance on what the first week typically feels like.

  4. Every week

    A ten-minute check-in

Injection, weight tracking, and troubleshooting. Your dose moves when your response says it should, not on a fixed escalation schedule.

  5. From there

    Maintenance, planned early

A plan for keeping the result: nutrition that holds, and whether to taper or continue, decided together before you need the answer.

How the medication works

One signal, three actions.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide copy GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1, a fullness and blood-sugar hormone your gut releases after you eat), a signal your body already uses. Turning that signal up does three things at once.

  • Appetite signaling

Fullness registers sooner and lasts longer, so the constant background food noise gets quiet.

  • Slower gastric emptying

Food leaves the stomach more gradually. Smaller meals satisfy, and stay satisfying.

  • Steadier metabolic response

Insulin release is matched to what you actually eat, so blood sugar runs steadier through the day.

Tirzepatide adds a second pathway, GIP, which is part of why some patients respond better to it. Which medication, at what dose, is a medical decision made from your labs, your history, and your week-to-week response. Sometimes the answer is neither. If your labs point somewhere else entirely, a functional medicine evaluation may be the better starting point.

The practical details.

Labs come first

Medication here is prescribed from data, not a questionnaire. Baseline labs are required, three ways:

Under 40 $99

The Weight Loss Panel: CBC with differential, CMP, TSH and TPO, lipid panel, A1c.

40 and over $175

The Full Panel, hormones included.

Or bring recent labs from your primary care provider. If they cover what we need, you skip the draw and the cost.

How pricing works

  • The intake is $180. That is the full 60-minute visit, not a deposit.
  • Medication is the only monthly cost: semaglutide starts at $120 a month, tirzepatide at $215.
  • Starting at means the starting dose. Your exact price is confirmed before you begin, and it changes only if your dose changes.
  • No memberships, no teaser first-month deals, no hidden fees.
  • HSA and FSA eligible. Financing available through Affirm.

Already sure this is what you want? Ask for the $180 intake directly and skip the consultation call.

One footnote: weight and hormones travel together. If your story includes perimenopause, sleep loss, or cycle changes, read hormone optimization too. The two programs can work together.

What supervision actually buys you.

Healing Advanced Solutions Online-only programs
Before you start A 60-minute medical intake, labs reviewed An online questionnaire
Lab work Required first, rechecked when useful Often optional or skipped
Dose decisions A provider who sees you weekly A fixed escalation schedule
When side effects hit A ten-minute visit that week A support ticket
A plan for after Maintenance and tapering, built in Refills until you cancel
Lowest sticker price Supervision costs more than shipping. Often cheaper

That last row is real, and it is the point. The difference buys the medicine part: labs, dose judgment, someone to call the same week, and an exit plan. HSA and FSA eligible, Affirm available.

The food piece

Medication opens the window. Food does the work.

GLP-1 medication reduces your appetite and slows digestion. What you eat inside that window decides what your body has to work with, which is why this program runs on a defined dietary framework and not on medication alone. The pattern is whole foods, carbohydrates kept low enough that your body reaches for stored fat, and protein set high enough to protect what matters most while the weight comes off.

Protecting muscle is the quiet job of that protein. Appetite suppression can make it easy to lose lean mass along with fat, and this program is built around preventing exactly that. Lean mass carries your metabolic rate, your strength, and how lasting the result is after the medication ends, so protein-forward eating and simple strength work are built into the plan.

Your targets are personal, set from your labs, your activity, and how you respond, then reviewed at your weekly visits. The framework is built to outlast the program: the way you eat during weight loss becomes the foundation you keep in maintenance.

Every dose decision in this program is made by Catherine Seidle, APRN.

She spent six years as a registered nurse in the Medical ICU at the Roudebush VA before practicing as a nurse practitioner for more than ten years. This program treats weight the way the rest of her practice works: find the drivers, measure, adjust.

Is this the right fit?

Two lists, so you can decide before you book.

A good fit if

  • You have lost weight before and watched it come back, and you want a different outcome this time
  • You want medication with supervision, labs, and a weekly rhythm behind it
  • You are willing to work on food, movement, and sleep while the medication works

Probably not the fit if

  • You want the injection without the program around it; that is not how we practice
  • You are looking for a drop-ship prescription with no visits
  • A quick fix for a specific event date; this program is built for lasting change

Common questions.

The things patients ask most.

Ask us anything
Is semaglutide safe?

Semaglutide has been studied extensively and is widely prescribed, and like any medication it has side effects and situations where it is not appropriate. That is exactly why our program starts with labs and a provider evaluation instead of a checkout page. Catherine reviews your history and monitors you throughout treatment.

What is compounded semaglutide, and is it legitimate?

Compounded semaglutide contains the same active ingredient as brand-name versions and is prepared by licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products, which makes the quality of the pharmacy and the oversight of your provider the real safeguards. We are transparent about sourcing and will answer any question about it directly.

Semaglutide or tirzepatide, which is right for me?

They work differently and suit different situations. Tirzepatide acts on two hormone pathways rather than one and some patients respond better to it, while semaglutide has a longer track record. The answer depends on your labs, your history, and your goals, which is what the consultation is for.

What about side effects like nausea, fatigue, or hair loss?

Most side effects are digestive, show up early, and settle as your dose is adjusted properly. Fatigue usually improves with dosing and nutrition changes, and hair shedding, when it happens, is typically tied to rapid weight loss rather than the medication itself. This is what provider follow-up is for; you will never be left to manage it alone.

What if my weight loss stalls at a plateau?

Plateaus are expected, not a sign the medication failed. Your body adapts, and the scale pausing is usually the signal to adjust the plan rather than the dose. Nutrition, protein, activity, sleep, and stress all get reviewed at your regular visits. Most patients restart progress with plan changes, and dose changes happen only when the whole picture says so.

Do I qualify for medical weight loss?

Qualification depends on your health history, your labs, and your goals rather than a number on a chart. The free consultation is the quickest way to find out. If this program is not the right fit, we will tell you and point you toward what is.

Do I need labs, and can I use labs from my primary care provider?

Yes. The program is built around lab work, it is how we dose safely and track what is actually changing. If you have recent labs from your primary care provider, bring them. At the consultation we will help you decide whether they are current and complete enough, or whether anything needs to be added in house.

Why does the pricing say starting at?

The starting price reflects the starting dose. If a higher dose becomes clinically appropriate later, the medication cost rises with it. We confirm your exact monthly price before you start, and again before any dose change.

What does the program cost, and does insurance cover it?

We are a cash-pay practice with transparent pricing and no insurance billing. Visits and labs are HSA and FSA eligible, and financing is available through Affirm. We will walk you through exact program pricing at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
