Testosterone therapy, guided by your labs.

Healing Advanced Solutions offers injectable testosterone therapy (TRT) for men in Jacksonville, FL: $399 to start and $199 per month all-inclusive, prescribed only after symptoms and low testosterone are confirmed on morning bloodwork, managed by Catherine Seidle, APRN.

Who it's for

Your symptoms and your bloodwork, together.

Testosterone therapy is for men experiencing the symptoms of low testosterone whose bloodwork matches. Both halves matter. Symptoms alone are not a diagnosis, and a number without symptoms is not always a reason to treat, though testosterone that runs low for years carries long-term health risks even when you feel fine. That is why Catherine Seidle, APRN confirms low testosterone on morning bloodwork before any therapy begins. Not every man with these symptoms qualifies. If you are still working out whether low testosterone is the driver, our low testosterone guide can help you get a first read on it.

  • Persistent fatigue and poor recovery
  • Low libido or erectile changes
  • Low mood, drive, or motivation
  • Loss of muscle mass and strength
  • Increased body fat
  • Brain fog

How our program is priced.

All-inclusive and self-pay. No per-visit charges, no separate lab bills.

To start

$399 one time

  • Consultation with Catherine Seidle, APRN
  • Full baseline lab panel
  • Diagnosis confirmation and a personalized protocol
  • Injection training, if you self-administer

Ongoing

$199 per month, all-inclusive

  • Testosterone cypionate medication
  • All at-home injection supplies, or in-office injections at no extra charge
  • Quarterly in-person provider visits
  • Quarterly monitoring labs
  • Ongoing oversight and dose adjustments between visits

You choose how you get it: self-inject at home, taught at your first visit, or come in for in-office injections at no additional charge, on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule your provider sets. Prefer a different delivery entirely? Pellets are a separate, procedure-based option, covered on our pellet therapy page. Which fits is a consultation conversation.

Monitored like medicine, not a subscription.

  1. Baseline

A full LC-MS/MS hormone panel before anything is prescribed: testosterone (total and free) with SHBG, estradiol, LH and FSH, PSA, CBC, metabolic and lipid panels, a full thyroid panel, vitamin D, B12, prolactin, and ferritin.

  2. Six to eight weeks

An early recheck to see how you responded and titrate the dose, with adjustments made from the results.

  3. Quarterly

Labs and a visit every quarter thereafter: testosterone and estradiol, a CBC to watch hematocrit, PSA, and metabolic markers, with your dose adjusted to labs and symptoms.

Hematocrit is the marker we never skip: injectable testosterone can thicken the blood, so a CBC rides along on every draw. Estrogen management and fertility-preserving options are available when indicated, provider-directed and at additional cost. This is the oversight that makes therapy safe, and it is built into the monthly price.

The things patients ask most.

Who qualifies for testosterone therapy?

Men with symptoms of low testosterone, persistent fatigue, low libido or erectile changes, low mood or motivation, loss of muscle and strength, added body fat, poor recovery, or brain fog, AND clinically low testosterone confirmed on morning bloodwork. Catherine Seidle, APRN confirms the diagnosis before any therapy begins.

What does TRT cost here?

It is $399 to start and $199 per month, all-inclusive, self-pay. The $399 covers your consultation, the full baseline lab panel, diagnosis confirmation, and your personalized protocol. The $199 monthly covers your medication, all injection supplies or in-office injections, quarterly provider visits, quarterly monitoring labs, and dose adjustments between visits. The $399 and your first month's $199 are both charged when you start, the program runs month to month with a three month minimum, and there are no per-visit charges and no separate lab bills.

Injections or pellets, which is right for me?

We offer both, and the answer is fit. This injectable program uses testosterone cypionate on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule inside the monthly program. Pellets are a separate, procedure-based option placed a few times a year. Which suits you is a consultation conversation; our pellet therapy page covers that route.

Do I have to inject myself?

Not necessarily. Most patients elect to self-inject at home, which we teach you at your first visit, or you can come in and have the clinical team administer it at no additional charge. The dose and schedule are set by your provider, typically weekly or twice-weekly.

How do you monitor testosterone therapy?

Closely. You get a full baseline panel before starting, an early recheck around six to eight weeks to titrate your dose, then quarterly labs and visits. Every draw includes a CBC to watch hematocrit, the primary safety marker on injectable testosterone, along with estradiol, PSA, and metabolic markers, with your dose adjusted to labs and symptoms.

What about fertility and estrogen while on TRT?

Both are managed when needed. If your estradiol runs high, estrogen management such as anastrozole may be added. If you want to preserve natural production and fertility, options like hCG or enclomiphene can be part of the plan. These are provider-directed and carry an additional cost, discussed at your visit.
